The government announcement we’ve been waiting for has just come in and hair salons and barbers in England can reopen.
At present we are implementing all health and safety regulations for the salon to be ready for re-opening.
Once we have final approval that all is ready, we will let you know our opening date.
In the meantime to book your appointment right now to secure your slot. Visit our website https://www.qlheadquarters.com/shop to purchase your vouchers and you will be added into our queuing system.
The voucher for your service is used as a deposit we require 50% or to the nearest £.
With health and safety a top priority and to keep everyone as safe as can be. We have put some health and safety procedures in place.
You will need to book an appointment, not just turn up, to help with social distancing. Vouchers are to be purchased to secure your que for

Please be on time for your appointment to maximise social distancing. All client's should come to their appointments alone.
Please arrive with clean hair for health and safety and to reduce any cross contamination.
Please wear a face mask as you enter the salon and for the duration of your appointment. We will provide new PPE upon your arrival.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitisers before and after each appointment at our designated stations.
Please contact the salon and re-arrange your appointment, 24-48hrs before, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell; or if any person in their household is unwell or is self-isolating. This is extremely important.
We will check your temperature also for any abnormalities upon arrival.
DO NOT come into the salon if you or anyone you live with is unwell or is self-isolating.
Pre-paying for your treatment or paying by card will also help to keep the salon operating safely. An uplift of 10% will be charged for PPE as an ongoing protocol.
As a final note, we just want to say how much we can’t wait to welcome you back. This has been an incredibly tough time for all of us - and we’ve been moved by your support. Together, we can rebuild QL and look forward to welcoming you back.
